Italian Farro (with Brussels sprouts of course)

Cannellini with Shredded Brussels Sprouts and Sausage

A classmate glanced at this photo and asked "What is that? It looks like shit!" Despite its less than delicious looking appearance (in the eyes of some) this dish is one of my favorites (out of the past few things I've made). Here are the reasons it ranks so high: simple (only 8 ingredients), flavorful, extremely healthy and it didn't take long to make!
